We want to offer you a newly renovated holiday home in IVALO, Finnish Northern Lapland.
The Apartment is located in a very quiet area, right on the edge of a large wilderness. The distance to the different services of the city centre are les than 2,5km and only 10 min from the Airport Ivalo (IVL). If you need, we can also offer pick up service from the airport to the Apartment.
The road is well maintained and lit for cars and walkers.
Apartment is located in a peaceful residential area not far from wilderness. You will have an en-suite wet room with a WC, bidet, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, tableware, cooking utensils, chairs and a small breakfast table as well as fridge freezer, hob, microwave oven, coffee maker and a kettle. Portions of coffee, tea, sugar, salt and some spices are included in the price.
In the bedroom there is either a double bed or two single beds - to your preference. A bigger dining table, wardrobe, arm chairs are also available. There is also a safe to secure your valuable belongings.
Wilderness area is starting from your backyard. It is completely dark during winter nights. The lack of light pollution and noise enables you to enjoy looking at clear, starry night sky and Auroras. The road leading to the area has been ploughed so you won’t get lost!
Arriving
The front door is waiting for you unlocked. There are no bandits in this area. You will find the key inside and an other key is in a secured key cabinet next to the door. You will receive a code a few days before your arrival. To make your stay extra convenient you will benefit from free Wi-Fi, TV and effective ventilation.
There is also a free parking space outside of the Apartments door for one car.
Ivalo International Airport (IVL) has many car rental companies where you can rent a car of different sizes. Cars are always equipped with new winter tires with metal studs.
If you don´t want to rent a car, your host will arrange an easy pick up and drop service cheaply - directly from the airport (or bus station) to the Apartment or via the Supermarket!
